Common questions

How do I play?

Place exactly one lotus in every row, column, and outlined garden bed. Lotuses cannot touch, including diagonally. Tap to plant a flower, drag to mark empty cells, and use undo or a teaching hint when needed. Open Your comfort → Learn to play to revisit the tutorial.

What is free?

The 24 starter puzzles, today’s daily pick from the bundled collection, teaching hints, and comfort settings. Free starter puzzles span all four difficulty levels.

What does Full Garden unlock?

All 220 puzzles in the launch collection through one optional, permanent purchase. It is not a subscription. Future expansion packs may be sold separately. The current regional price is shown before you purchase.

How do I restore Full Garden?

Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. In Petalune, open Your comfort → Restore purchases, or choose Restore Purchases in the Full Garden offer. Connect to the internet to restore or refresh access. A restored purchase unlocks the collection; it does not restore puzzle progress.

My purchase hasn’t unlocked the library. What should I do?

If Apple shows the purchase as pending, wait for approval. Otherwise, check your internet connection and Apple Account, then try Restore purchases. If access still isn’t restored, contact support with the message shown in the app. Never send passwords or payment-card details.

Can I play offline?

Yes. The puzzles are bundled in the app. Making or restoring a purchase may require an internet connection.

Where is my progress saved?

Puzzle progress, completed gardens, blooms, and preferences are stored on your device. Petalune has no app account or app-managed cloud sync. Deleting the app can remove local progress. Device backups depend on your Apple settings.

How do I reset progress?

Use Your comfort → Reset all progress and confirm. This clears placements, notes, timers, undo history, completions, and collected blooms. The reset cannot be undone. Your comfort preferences are kept, and it does not cancel your Full Garden purchase.

The app says progress could not be saved. What next?

Free some storage on your device, then try again. Avoid deleting the app as a troubleshooting step if you want to keep your progress. If the message persists, contact support.
